ENTERPRISE MANAGER, WEB ENGAGEMENT – CONTRACT – RICHMOND, VA

The Enterprise Manager, Web Engagement reports to the senior director of corporate communications and has oversight responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of Web technologies that meet the communications, information and operational needs of company. The Manager is accountable for developing and maintaining relevant and targeted web-based solutions that will improve companies quality of service, communicate digital excellence and reduce the cost of doing business.

Enterprise Manager, Web Engagement Skills & Requirements:

• BA or BS in digital marketing, information systems, online information technology or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in a strategic role in the web arena, at least two of which include management experience of web teams and projects.
• Strong project and staff management skills, including influence management required.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills required.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing complex, successful digital strategies and programs across all channels for a major corporation.
• Strong tech skills and experience that ideally includes an understanding of large-scale digital engagement campaigns and tools as well as web-product development processes.
• Extensive understanding and engagement in the latest web/digital technologies and trends.
• Strong working knowledge of Web Services/APIs: SOAP and JSON.
• Extensive experience conducting statistical analysis and using web analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of the following including, but not limited to:
o HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, Access, JavaScript, SQL
• High level of assertiveness and self-motivation as well as the ability to plan, prioritize and manage workload independently in a deadline-driven, structured corporate environment.
• Ability to interact successfully with a diverse population and with staff at all levels.
• Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct.
• Must be able to interact well with others.
• Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting.
• Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
• Must be able to lift approximately 10–15 lbs. or more if required by the essential functions of the job.
• Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations/procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Mortgage IT Production Support Manager

MORTGAGE IT PRODUCTION SUPPORT MANAGER – PERM – RICHMOND, VA

• Senior experience (7 – 10+ years) providing production application support for a banking/financial institutions
• Experience leading large production application support team of 6 – 10 directs managers with teams of onshore and off shore technical resources and explain engagement model
• Previously reported to a Head of a segment/portfolio or a CTO. Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
• Ability to lead and manage the performance of lower level direct report Production Support Managers with multiple teams against a set of financial and operational objectives as well as Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Experience managing operation with financials of $25MM+ including labor, software maintenance, contractor, fixed bid, licenses
• Proven experience as an advanced technical and business oriented communicator with experience both verbal and written communication to CTO’s, executives, technical and business recipients.
• Experience working with strategic sourcing and expertise with RFP and writing/negotiating contracts for support/technology and managed services.
• Demonstrated experience managing new technologies into production environments including Agile development / 2 speed IT and SAS applications
• Experience with full management responsibilities for teammates to include hiring, disciplinary, coaching, terminating, performance reviews.
• Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.

PLUS/NICE TO HAVE Skills:
• Mortgage Application support experience preferred.
• Master’s degree or MBA
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of banking and financial services, including the competitive environment, regulatory requirements and trends, and IT strategies employed to continually meet the demands of clients and regulators.
