SUMMARY
Responsible for providing functional, technical and process leadership and management for the research, development, integration and implementation support of strategic and emerging technologies for network operations, telecommunications, desktop computing and security for a major global organization.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

? Oversees identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and ensures selected technologies are consistent with organization initiatives and technology architecture.

? Executive with strict adherence to IT general controls, controls and security baselines. Ensure financials for operating the teams are managed appropriately to targets. Leverage management by objectives techniques to establish clear goals for the team.
? Provides leadership for and management of the global networks & operations team
? Provides direct, timely and concise communication to IT Leadership and Executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
? 15 years technology related experience required with 5 – 7 years of experience as a second level manager
? Prior experience working in an international community is preferred
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
? Prior experience in supervision of network operations and telecommunications development and design staff
? Demonstrated experience and knowledge of; local/wide area networking, Network Mgmt., Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, SAN infrastructure, associated monitoring methods/procedures. Project and program management, Technical implementations, IT governance, IT Operations management, desktop support and infrastructure planning and connectivity with remote locations.
? Demonstrated experience in driving IT strategic direction in global networking technology strategies
? Ability to synthesize technical solutions into business language and strategy and act as leader in meeting business requirements with technical solutions
? Able to work as a member of a technology leadership team often managing multiple projects in a global workforce community

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline.

Fill the role of a Service Desk analyst taking phone calls during a full 8 hour workday from customers who are requesting assistance with their PC setup, network access, application issues, and reporting issues that are escalated to the next organizational support layer. Customer calls will pertain to PC issues, network issues, and application issues. Service Desk analysts taking calls work each call with the objective to resolve the issue at their level. Some issues require escalation to the next support layer and these calls are routed to the appropriate support team by completing a Remedy Ticket from OPAS.

Must have great customer service skills and working knowledge of
desktops and Windows XP as well as Windows 7. Looking for a professional individual

Kronos Programmer

Senior Programmer Analyst – This position will support the maintenance and development of applications for Kronos 6.1 in a multi server environment. The position requires a strong working knowledge of Advanced Scheduling (Forecasting and Scheduling), WIM, WDM, Record Manager, SQL and SSRS. ATM Project Manager

The PM will lead a team working to implement new and enhanced software for the ATM system. Additional skills needed:
The PM must have prior proven experience managing ATM development (BASE 24, NCR Aptra), including a good understanding of configuration management concepts and practices.

The PM must have experience implementing Chip and PIN technology.
The PM will be responsible for developing and tracking the overall project plan to include managing the delivery timelines for all development tracks, testing, and vendor delivery.

Primavera P6 experience a plus.
